Nursery assistant/ practitioner/ Senior Early years Practitioner (Full time or Part time) We currently have 2 NEW opportunities at our beautiful, outstanding rated, nursery and preschool located in Beaconsfield. We continuously invest in our staff to ensure they receive ongoing support, training, quarterly supervisions, annual appraisals and offer a career path with genuine long term growth and stability. We always look to recruit enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a real passion for developing young minds, who as well as bringing their own experiences to the Nursery, are eager to develop their knowledge base with continued learning. Nursery assistant practitioner Level 2 + We are looking for passionate nursery assistant / practitioner level 2 / 3 in Early years/childcare or higher to work with our smallest children in either babies & toddler room or our preschool unit. Senior Practitioner / Senior Room Leader. As well as a qualified experienced practitioner with a level 3 or above in Early years childcare who is looking to progress or take a step up to a senior role. This would be assisting with the daily running within the room. The ideal candidate will be; * Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe. * Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five. * Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ/BTEC level 2/3 or equivalent in childcare (highly desirable). Training can be provided. * Have a good understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stages) * Be able to work well in a team We can be flexible on hours, our full time positions are 40hours per week working 4 set days per week. We can offer part time as well. We have a real emphasis on work life balance and can offer compressed hours over 4 days, 5 shorter days, as well the option for someone to work part time either 2 or 3 days per week. We are also happy to look at half days Mornings or afternoons can also be discussed/ or shorter days. Salary is negotiable based on hours, experience and qualifications, and we offer excellent career opportunities and a friendly welcoming team.
