hedgehog lab is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join on a permanent basis, embedded in government projects that affect people at scale. You will plan and run end-to-end research from discovery through usability testing, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence.
This is a hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility and two days on site at the client’s Manchester or Newcastle office, within 50 miles of either location.
