What you’ll do
You’ll join hedgehog lab as a Senior QA Engineer, supporting the delivery of a platform used by private healthcare providers. The product underpins clinical workflows and the wider patient journey, so reliability, security, and release confidence are critical.
You’ll work closely with engineers, product teams, and the client to embed quality throughout delivery. The focus of the role is automation, helping to build and maintain robust automated regression coverage across critical user journeys including secure data access, scheduling, and care delivery.
You’ll also contribute to defining acceptance criteria, improving release confidence, and shaping pragmatic QA processes within the squad. While automation is the core focus, you’ll also be comfortable carrying out targeted manual and exploratory testing where required to support releases, investigate issues, and validate complex edge cases.
Experience working with AI‑assisted features, LLM outputs, or agentic workflows is important, particularly where systems require reliable, constrained, and testable behaviour. You’ll also support performance readiness and overall system stability within an AWS‑hosted environment. This is the initial project, with opportunities to move across different products and sectors over time.
