We’re growing our Delivery team to strengthen our ability to deliver world-class digital products for our clients. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams across a variety of client projects, from digital transformation programmes to fast-paced app and web builds. You’ll bring structure, energy, and leadership to every engagement, ensuring that delivery runs smoothly and outcomes truly matter. You’ll be hands-on with live projects while helping shape how delivery operates at hedgehog lab, balancing governance with agility and quality with speed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects.
- Own project planning, governance, and risk management to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on scope.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as their key delivery partner.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, manage dependencies, and unblock challenges.
- Contribute to improving our delivery processes as we scale.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a consultancy, agency, or digital product environment.
- Proven success leading multi-disciplinary teams through the full delivery lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or similar).
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to adapt and lead through change.
- A good balance of structure and flexibility. You know when to stick to process and when to innovate.
Nice to have
- Experience leading app or web builds.
- Familiarity with fast-paced or regulated sectors (e.g. fintech, edtech, gaming, government).
- Consultancy or agency background, managing multiple clients and priorities.
