We're hedgehog lab, a digital product consultancy building products that do good and get results. Our design team works heavily in financial services, particularly fintech and wealth, alongside healthtech and insurtech.
This role needs someone who has designed for financial services before. You'll be working on regulated products where trust, clarity and compliance shape every decision, so we need that experience from day one.

What you\'ll do
- Own end-to-end product design on web-first projects: flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and polished prototypes.
- Prototype fast in Figma and validate with users and stakeholders before build.
- Create and evolve design systems, from setup through documentation and governance.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, usability tests and C-suite playbacks.
- Partner closely with product, engineering and research to ship outcomes.
What we\'re looking for
- Financial services experience is essential. Significant, recent design work in fintech, wealth, banking or insurance, with a working understanding of designing in regulated environments.
- 5+ years in digital product design, web-first. Native app is a nice-to-have.
- Figma expert: 3+ years hands-on, including advanced prototyping and components/variants.
- Design systems: a proven record creating and maintaining scalable systems.
- Facilitation: confident running workshops, interviews, testing and senior stakeholder sessions.
- Portfolio: end-to-end process, system-level thinking and real-world impact, ideally with FS work you can talk through.

- Flexible working environment
- Enhanced parental policy
