We’re growing our Engineering team to strengthen our ability to deliver world‑class digital products for our clients. As a Senior Front End Engineer, you’ll play a key role in a fast‑moving proof‑of‑concept engagement. The goal is to build something that looks great, works well, and helps make confident technology choices.
What you’ll do:
- Build and iterate on a proof‑of‑concept front‑end at pace, focusing on outcomes and usability.
- Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape journeys, interactions, and responsiveness.
- Integrate with back‑end APIs sensibly and reliably.
- Make pragmatic choices and trade‑offs to keep delivery moving while maintaining quality.
- Help evaluate and recommend front‑end approaches grounded in real‑world implementation, not theory.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong front‑end engineering experience and confidence with at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
- Adaptability: happy to work with whichever framework fits the work, and not “framework‑locked”.
- Experience consuming APIs and building robust UI states (loading, error, empty, offline‑friendly patterns).
- A delivery mindset: you can make decisions, move forward, and communicate trade‑offs clearly.
Nice to have:
- Experience working on short, high‑impact prototypes or POCs.
- Experience with map‑heavy or highly interactive UIs.
- Familiarity with offline caching patterns and performance optimisation.
