Contracting often means being dropped into a client's team as the outsider.
Here you'll join a hedgehog lab team delivering a UK bank's Android app as it moves to Jetpack Compose.
It's a contract outside IR35, expected to start in January 2027 and run for around 6 months. You'll work on a remote first basis.
What's in it for you
You'll be part of a consultancy team that owns the delivery, working with people who care about testing, code reviews and code quality.
You'll build new UI in Compose from the start, on a codebase that's actively modernising.
You'll add regulated banking work to your CV, which carries weight on future contracts.
