Hedgehog Lab is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join us on a permanent basis, working across government projects where design challenges are complex and the outcomes affect real people's lives.
This hybrid role lets you map end-to-end service journeys, identify failure points, and collaborate across organisational boundaries to create services that work for users.
Two days on site at our Manchester or Newcastle office, with candidates based within 50 miles of either location.
