- 2–9 years relevant professional experience, including a foundation in corporate finance at a major financial institution (e.g. M&A or Leveraged Finance at an Investment Bank, or private investments at a Private Equity / Private Credit firm).
- Real technical skills, including hands‑on financial analysis and investment modelling.
- Specific experience with private debt transactions.
- Passion for, interest in or understanding of emerging markets – especially Sub‑Saharan Africa and South‑East Asia.
