We're looking for an ambitious, motivated leader to join our management team as an Operations Lead., You'll work closely with the Clinical Contracts Manager and leadership team to:
- Lead and develop operational teams
- Drive service improvement and quality
- Support governance, compliance and patient services
- Manage projects and change initiatives
- Help deliver key NHS contracts and performance targets
- Shape the future direction of the practice
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to move into a senior leadership role, whether you're currently a Deputy Practice Manager, Team Leader, Senior Administrator, Patient Services Lead, PCN Coordinator or similar.
Primary Care or NHS experience would be a real advantage, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable leadership and operational experience.
