Heddon Street Kitchen, located in Regent's Street Food Quarter, is inspired by Bread Street Kitchen in the City and situated over three floors, expect a relaxed, modern European menu. From brisk breakfasts and post-shopping pit stops through to lunch, dinners and after work cocktails, Heddon Street Kitchen is open all day seven days a week.

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our front of house team at Heddon Street Kitchen. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be expected to:

  • Work effectively with the management team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
  • Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service from all members of the team
  • Effective management of the floor ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant and each service runs smoothly
  • Lead the team by example; adopting a hands-on approach, can do, nothing is too much approach
  • Ensure any guest complaints are handled effectively and professionally and all guests leave with a positive dining experience
  • Proactively work and support the General Manager to grow the business
  • Effectively run the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous management experience within a high quality, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Have a passion for high quality food and delivering an amazing service & guest experience
  • Be a clear and concise communicator
  • Have the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Have awareness of how to manage costs and increase revenue
  • Have the ability to motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic
