The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Public Enquiry Support in Newtown Police Station (18.5 hours per week).
What you will be doing:
- To deal promptly, professionally, and effectively with all customer contact including the collection and appraisal of information obtained from telephone calls and face to face contact.
- To deal with enquiries from members of the public and police officers/staff in person.
- To answer and action non-emergency (101) in a timely manner at times of exceptional demand.
- To provide advice and guidance to customers, signposting where relevant to other agencies for non-police matters.
Provisional working pattern: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2: Wednesday, Friday.
