Lead Chaplain – Occupational Health & Wellbeing

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Lead Chaplain in Occupational Health & Wellbeing.

What you will be doing?

To provide and co-ordinate a multi-faith pastoral support service to police officers and staff officers employed by Dyfed Powys Police, together with support for Special Constables, Cadets and other volunteers whilst working for the force, and their families.

  • To be committed to the mission and values of the Force and having the drive and enthusiasm to provide positive support to Officers and Staff within the Force.
  • To offer a service that is available to all within the Force, that is, individuals and groups of any or no faith/religious tradition.
  • Attend and address Attestations, Passing Out Parades, Ceremonies and any other formal duties deemed appropriate.
  • To support senior management, the Chaplaincy Service will offer the availability of non-directive, non-evangelistic and confidential counsel.
