An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Supervisor - People and OD Support in People and Organisational Development.
What you will be doing?
- To provide first line supervision to the People and OD Support Team, managing their welfare and wellbeing, as well as the delivery of Recruitment and People and OD Support.
- To implement training and development programmes, ensuring staff are upskilled in functions of team and provide enhanced resilience within the Department.
- To ensure recruitment targets are achieved in line with the Strategic Workforce Plan.
