An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Deputy Manager/ Senior Occupational Health Adviser in People & Organisation Development.

Responsibilities:

  • To report into Senior Occupational Health Manager who leads the Occupational Health & Wellbeing team.
  • To deputise for the Senior Manager Occupational Health & Wellbeing as required, including line management of the full team, ensuring G2 patient management system maintenance and data integrity, delivery of the Strategic Delivery Plan and project activities to maintain service and momentum in the Senior Manager’s absence.
  • To be responsible for mentoring and supervising Occupational Health Advisors and Screening Nurses.

Working pattern:

  • Full time – 37 hours. Typically 3 days on site at Carmarthen Police Headquarters, 2 days working from home. This pattern applies once training is fully completed.
  • Some flexibility will be required due to organisational need such as attendance at events, meetings, training/CPD days etc.
