An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Deputy Manager/ Senior Occupational Health Adviser in People & Organisation Development.
What you will be doing?
- To report into Senior Occupational Health Manager who leads the force Occupational Health & Wellbeing team.
- To deputise for the Senior Manager Occupational Health & Wellbeing as required, including line management of the full team, ensuring G2 patient management system maintenance and data integrity, delivery of the Strategic Delivery Plan and project activities to maintain service and momentum in the Senior Manager’s absence.
- To be responsible for mentoring and supervision of Occupational Health Advisors and Screening Nurses.
Working pattern:
- Full‑time – 37 hours. Typically 3 days on site in Carmarthen Police Headquarters, 2 days working from home. This working pattern will apply once all training has been fully completed.
- Some flexibility will be required due to organisational need such as attendance at events, meetings, training and CPD days.
