An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Children and Young People Tactical Manager in Central Prevention Hub.
What you will be doing?
- To effectively direct, control, monitor and provide management oversight of the activities carried out by the Schools Police Officers, the Further Education Outreach Officers and Youth Prevention Officers.
Ensuring that staff have the relevant support, skills and competencies required to undertake their role and ensuring that they have a good understanding of their role and responsibilities with the aim of providing an effective service complying with relevant policy and guidance.
- To provide support and assistance to the Strategic Manager for Children and Young People's Services and deputise for the post holder, attending meetings to represent the department where the post holder is unable to do so.
- To provide support to the Strategic Manager for Children and Young People Service’s on the development and delivery of a Prevention, Intervention and Engagement delivery plan 0-18 years-of-age, performance framework and data protection impact assessments.
