An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Human Resources Support Officer in People Services. To support divisional/departmental managers in the effective management of staff, ensuring people related issues are dealt with in line with Force Policy and best practice.

Responsibilities- To be responsible for the development and updating of Human Resources document management systems, ensuring information can be accessed by colleagues as appropriate.
- To provide support to line managers dealing with people related issues, including attendance and performance, misconduct (police staff), fairness at work, organisational change and recruitment and selection.
- All new starters will have a buddy/mentor to support you when you join.
- 24 days annual leave (rises to 29 days with 5 years’ service) plus 8 bank holidays.
