Our Huntingdon client are seeking a dedicated HGV technician to join their team Work Life: Monday to Friday shift pattern, with the option for overtime when needed. A typical day from 06:00 AM – 15:00 PM or 07:00 AM – 16:00 PM Working around 46- 50 hours per week Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects on all vehicles and related ancillary equipment, replacing parts as and when necessary in line with Company and legislative requirements Responsible for the mechanical and electrical repair, preventative maintenance and modification of the fleet. Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in peak condition. Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements: Experience with HGV\’s Trucks Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and safety-conscious approach to work.
