About the role- eCommerce LeadWorking closely with the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of on-site activities, identifying trade opportunities and supervising a selection of eCommerce team members, whilst also identifying eCommerce initiatives, features and functionality to improve conversion, trade and user experience.
The main responsibilities for the eCommerce Lead role include but are not limited to:- Responsible for the day-to-day trading, managing the team\'s priorities ensuring the key workload is completed at an exceptional standard.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager to develop, implement and manage the eCommerce strategy to meet revenue targets.
- You will work with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. They will be expected to communicate professionally and clearly.
- You will be expected to be fully knowledgeable in reporting KPIs in order to carry out any ad hoc investigation and evaluation as required. You will also be the key stakeholder for any additional reporting required internally or externally.
· A starting salary of £34,000-£39,999
· 37.5 hour working week, Monday-Friday
· 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The ideal eCommerce Lead will have strong experience of working in an eCommerce trading environment, experience communicating brand performance to clients or senior management, and experience working with both Shopify, Klaviyo and project management systems. You will also have strong Excel skills. Previous people management or experience working in an agency set up would be a plus. Being passionate about our Company values and the brands that we work with is a must! Perhaps you might have experience as an eCommerce Specialist, eCommerce Manager, eCommerce Supervisor, eCommerce Team Leader, Senior eCommerce Executive or similar.
