Location: Clifton Business Park, Clifton, Preston PR4 0XQ and 6 St. Mark’s Place East, Preston PR1 8TN (our Head Office)

Hours: Part-Time – Up to 30hrs per week

Salary: National Living Wage

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Administrator / Office Assistant to join our team. This is a practical office-based role involving a range of day-to-day administrative tasks. You don’t need to have done exactly the same job before — we’re interested in finding someone who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing

  • General office administration and keeping both electronic and paper documents organised.
  • Photocopying, scanning and saving documents into our in-house system.
  • Inputting and updating information accurately.
  • Handling information carefully and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Carrying out other reasonable office duties as required.

About you

  • Is organised and has good attention to detail.
  • Is comfortable using a computer and is willing to learn new systems.
  • Can follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
  • Has a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Can work independently while also being part of a team.
  • Is reliable and willing to learn.
  • Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
  • Has a positive, flexible and professional attitude.
