Our therapeutic, digital‑free space, The Bothy brings a regenerative philosophy to wellbeing; just as we have to our land and House, we are looking for a passionate Yoga/Movement Teacher - 32 Hours/Week with functional skills. Our movement program is based on outdoor exercises including farm fit, woodland movement, trail run, wild water immersion, stretching, meditation to name a few. Our Movement teacher will complement the skills of our holistic movement program based on Yoga, breathwork, meditation and forest bathing.
Successful candidates will be passionate, creative, open‑minded, outdoor enthusiasts who want to learn and grow, expanding horizons in a wide range of activities.
For your application to be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold professionally recognised qualifications, L3 PT or equivalent.
- Experienced with reputable industry track record.
- Ideally have a combination of more fitness modalities.
- Have a caring, calm and compassionate nature and be a supporting team player.
- Represent a healthy balanced lifestyle.
- Experience with group sessions, teaching martial arts and Feldenkrais would be an interesting additional skill.
- Experience with running.
- Swimming in open water.
- Great advantage if you enjoy practising contrast therapy such as cold water immersion and sauna or heat experiences.
