Working closely with the Bothy and Food & Beverage teams, the Sunroom Attendantplays an important role in creating a calm, welcoming and memorable experience that reflects the values and standards of Heckfield Place.
Front of House is currently looking for Sunroom Attendantto join our Food & BeverageTeam.
Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable and confident food and beverage service throughout the guest journey.
- Prepare the Sun Room for service, including mise en place, presentation, cleanliness and stock readiness.
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, teas, coffees and juices in line with brand, quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain excellent menu, product and allergen knowledge to confidently support guests.
- Ensure accurate, timely service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Respond professionally to guest feedback and support wider Bothy and hotel operations as required.
