Heckfield Place in Hampshire offers a unique boutique hotel experience. We are looking for a Front Office Porter/Driver to join our front office team and support guests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Carry guests luggage to and from rooms
- Label guest luggage and maintain a clean luggage room
- Support the front office team with check‑ins/check‑outs and guest requests
- Use hotel vehicles to transport guests around the estate and collect guests from local train stations
- Maintain and perform regular checks of hotel vehicles and bicycles
- Valet parking for guests' vehicles
- Ensure luggage is placed in the correct room and notify manager upon completion
- Collect departing guests' luggage, label it, and store it in the luggage room
- Work an open schedule that includes evenings and weekends
