Responsibilities
- General cleaning of the Bothy areas.
- Keep all guest areas – relaxation rooms, dressing rooms – neat, clean, and stocked with all amenities.
- Perform pool water balance checks and safety checks around the waters and thermal spa area throughout the day.
- Connect with each guest to maximize the wellbeing experience.
- Promote the wellbeing opportunity to every visitor and in every interaction that takes place at the Bothy.
- Understand and share the slow time of Heckfield estate, weaving the Bothy into its landscape and connecting all back to nature.
- Be part of a highly motivated team that can deliver an excellent standard of service in all areas.
- Ensure all checklists are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
