Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored luxury hotel on a 438-acre estate in the English county of Hampshire. Across the Hotel we prepare food and drink that celebrates simplicity, seasonality, and a sense of place, with a focus on sustainability. It is thanks to this that we are honoured that our Marle Restaurant has been awarded a Green Michelin Star.
The Food & Beverage Department is currently looking for a Bartender to join our House and Bars Team. This position is currently being considered on a fixed term basis, although we would be willing to consider and explore permanent opportunities as applicable.
Position responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Engage positively and professionally with all guests and colleagues.
- Have an excellent customer service attitude and work ethic by providing an exemplary level of service to our guests.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.
- Have a flexible schedule that allows you to work evenings and weekends often.
- Have excellent knowledge of the food and beverages served in the F&B outlets.
- Develop your knowledge and abilities with the Bar Program, with the guidance of the House and Bars Manager.
- Daily running of the Bar and House operations including food and beverage service, regular cleaning of bar areas, and assisting with monthly stock take.
