Heckfield Place are offering different aspects across the surrounding grounds, the character of each bedroom is written in the natural materials and meticulous craftsmanship found throughout. Six beautifully distinctive room types, situated in the main house, off the corridors and within the grounds

Responsibilities

  • Carry out all after room duties
  • To attend to guest needs swiftly or find someone who can
  • To report any damage, dirty or missing items during and after guests’ stay.
  • To ensure that your corridors, cupboard and cleaning buckets are cleaned on a daily basis
  • To ensure that you check lists are signed at the end of your shift
  • To work as a team to ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standard
  • To service all rooms allocated to you
  • To cover evening shift and public area duties as and when necessary
  • To report any maintenance issues within the rooms, public area and grounds
  • To ensure the consistency of impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout your work
  • To assist in the cleanliness of all housekeeping areas
  • To perform all additional allocated daily tasks
  • To represent the department in a friendly and helpful manner to guests and colleagues alike
