CNC Turner/Programmer/Setter/Operator. Top Rates Paid. Permanent Immediate Start available. HEC Precision based in Southall are an established leader in the subcontract manufacture of precision machined components to the Aerospace sector. Providing engineering excellence across the industry serving a prestigious and diverse Aerospace client base supporting a range of long term 10-year plus programmes. Due to the continued growth and re-investment in the business, coupled with high staff retention, there is a new position available for a skilled and experienced CNC Turner to Program new parts, set and operate a range of Modern CNC Lathes & Machining Centres. As the successful CNC Turner/Programmer/Setter Operator, you will be part of a highly skilled team of engineers in a clean, modern, state of the art facility.

Responsibilities

  • CNC Turner – Programming Setting and Operating (Fanuc controlled Multi axis Lathes)
  • Programming Offline an advantage but not essential (Edge Cam)
  • Producing components for the Aerospace and associated sectors.
  • 60% machining Aluminium and 40% steels & Titanium
  • Working with Doosan Lynx 220LM & Puma 400, 3100 & 2600SY (Sub Spindle)

Hours and Benefits

  • Optional 4 Day working week available.
  • Flexible day shift working hours with available overtime.
  • All hours over 40hrs per week is paid at x1.333hrs and weekend x1.5
  • 24 days paid holiday based on a 5 day week + all National holidays paid
