- What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling client led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss their protection needs.
- Building rapport and understanding customer needs.
- Managing client records accurately across multiple systems.
- Handling a high volume of outbound calls.
- Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
- Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate.
