Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments, prescriptions, visits and admin requests for patients.
- Respond to patients' specific requests for information on services offered by the Practice.
- Become expert in the Practice computer systems.
- Work closely with your and other teams, ensuring an effective level of service provided to patients and staff based within the Practice.
- Administration of chronic disease clinics and public health campaigns such as influenza.
- Processing of written correspondence.
- Processing of test results.
- Summarise all correspondence and test results onto the patients' medical record.
- Summarise new patients' records onto the clinical system.
Qualifications:
If you have a wealth of experience in dealing with the public in a calm, polite manner, possess excellent telephone skills and are computer literate, we may have the job for you.
