The Team

The Sales team is responsible for driving enterprise transformation by partnering with sophisticated organisations to reimagine how knowledge work gets done. We bring our flagship platform, Matrix, into boardrooms and deal teams, showing how it can replace hours of manual work with intelligent agents.

The Role

As an Account Development Representative at Hebbia, you’ll be introducing leading enterprises to a new era of intelligent work. You’ll play a critical role in identifying high-potential prospects, crafting compelling outreach, and generating pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline
  • Identify key decision makers within new large enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Run qualification calls with potential clients
  • Demonstrate attentive listening skills when understanding customer requirements
  • Develop critical sales skills, such as leading effective discovery calls, cold calling, objection handling, and prioritisation

Who You Are

  • 1+ year of Sales Development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
  • Team-centric mindset and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
