Who We're Looking For As a Senior Project Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and project delivery support to ensure assigned works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, subcontractors, and delivery teams to drive project success. You could be working on structural, civil, water or roading infrastructure projects depending on your experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of project activities and construction methodologies. Manage project programmes, cost control, forecasting, and reporting requirements. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality requirements, and company standards. Prepare and review engineering documentation, methodologies, temporary works, and construction plans. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Drive a strong health, safety, environmental, and quality culture across project teams. Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Graduate Engineers. Build and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships. What you will bring As an experienced Senior Project Engineer within the civil and structural infrastructure and construction infrastructure sector you will have; Minimum 7 years + experience in civil, structural, roading, water or infrastructure project delivery. Minimum 7+ years' experience in civil construction or infrastructure project delivery. Proven experience managing complex construction activities on large-scale projects. Strong understanding of contract administration, project controls, and commercial management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Sound knowledge construction standards, regulations, and industry best practices. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
