heb Chartered Surveyors is seeking a MRICS/AssocRICS surveyor to lead Right to Buy and residential valuations across the East Midlands, predominantly Nottingham/Nottinghamshire. This is a high-volume, fast-turnaround role with field visits and timely valuations.
You will conduct Right to Buy/Right to Acquire valuations, annual asset valuations, lease extensions, charity act valuations and related reports, with hybrid working and a commission scheme.
