This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and strategic sales professional to take ownership of sales expansion and develop key client relationships in the crane, lifting equipment, and rental markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and market share across the UK.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

- Work closely with operational teams to align sales with service delivery.

Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the cranes, lifting equipment, plant hire, heavy equipment, or powered access rental industries.
- Experience managing regional or national sales accounts.
- Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and improve processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
