We are looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join our team. Established in 2004 in Brighton, UK, Heavy Equipment Maintenance Solutions (HEMS) Ltd is a British company specialising in the global supply of niche maintenance, repair, and rebuild tooling and services for the heavy equipment and off-road machinery industries.

About the Employer: At HEMS Ltd, we provide innovative, safe, and efficient repair tooling packages to major global OEMs and their users and dealers worldwide—including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Case, New Holland, JCB, Volvo, Terex, Liebherr, Perkins, Cummins, Iveco, Isuzu, and Hitachi. Our comprehensive services cover every aspect of heavy equipment maintenance—from full workshop planning and design to hands-on product training and support.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate over the telephone with customers, clients and colleagues
  • Manage email inboxes
  • Provide excellent customer service continuously
  • Organise and report data

Training Outcome

Full-time post following completion of the apprenticeship programme.
