Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Sushi Preparation: Expertly prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, ensuring precision in cutting and presentation.

• Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare the menu items. Precisely follow recipes and work lists. Using excellent knife skills to prep for recipe

• Ingredient Management: Manage and maintain the freshness of all ingredients, including seafood, rice, vegetables, and condiments

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet customer demand

• Customer Interaction: Provide a positive and engaging experience for customers, including answering questions about the menu and accommodating special requests when possible.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, with a focus on cooking and meal preparation.

• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.

• Experience in catering or restaurant settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A background in culinary arts or related fields would be beneficial.
