Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. Duties
Sushi Preparation: Expertly prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, ensuring precision in cutting and presentation.
Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare the menu items. Precisely follow recipes and work lists. Using excellent knife skills to prep for recipe
Ingredient Management: Manage and maintain the freshness of all ingredients, including seafood, rice, vegetables, and condiments
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet customer demand
Customer Interaction: Provide a positive and engaging experience for customers, including answering questions about the menu and accommodating special requests when possible.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, with a focus on cooking and meal preparation.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Experience in catering or restaurant settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
