This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager (BDM), based in Leeds with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires developing strategic plans to market the diverse range of solutions that Heatons offers, as well as delivering proposals and presentations to prospective clients. The BDM will also focus on tracking and analyzing sales data, attending networking events, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in sales, business development, and lead generation, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and maintain long-term relationships
