Our school is a place of challenge, achievement, enjoyment and celebration. We are seeking an extraordinary Admin Manager to lead our front-of-house and administrative operations.
The Role
This isn't your average quiet desk job. As our Admin Manager, you will be the heart of a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking office team, balancing complex transport schedules, managing a bustling reception desk, overseeing the school's data and compliance systems, and supporting the Senior Leadership Team – often all at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the school administrative and reception team to foster a calm, efficient, and positive working environment.
- Oversee daily office operations, multitasking seamlessly between answering parental queries, handling urgent compliance tasks, and managing relationships.
- Coordinate complex logistics with local authorities, transport providers and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for our students with special needs.
- Maintain and optimise the School Management Information System (MIS) ensuring flawless data protection (GDPR) and safeguarding compliance, and create and maintain required reports for all school areas.
- Assist with basic budgetary tracking, ordering resources and processing invoices.

- Unwavering discretion – deep understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality within an educational setting.
- Experience in school administration, systems and procedures is a distinct advantage.
