SJK Healthcare is looking for experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join busy ENT wards, supporting patients recovering from tonsillectomies, nasal surgery, ear procedures, and tracheostomy care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pre‑ and post‑operative ENT patients
  • Perform observations (NEWS2), fluid balance & escalation
  • Assist with airway safety (bleeding, stridor, tracheostomy support under supervision)
  • Provide personal care, mobility support & patient comfort
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment & follow strict IPC
  • Assist with admissions, discharges & documentation
Requirements
  • HCA experience in NHS (UK) hospitals
  • Confident with observations & patient support
  • Enhanced PVG + up‑to‑date mandatory training
