SJK Healthcare is looking for experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join busy ENT wards, supporting patients recovering from tonsillectomies, nasal surgery, ear procedures, and tracheostomy care.
Key Responsibilities- Support pre‑ and post‑operative ENT patients
- Perform observations (NEWS2), fluid balance & escalation
- Assist with airway safety (bleeding, stridor, tracheostomy support under supervision)
- Provide personal care, mobility support & patient comfort
- Maintain a clean, safe environment & follow strict IPC
- Assist with admissions, discharges & documentation
- HCA experience in NHS (UK) hospitals
- Confident with observations & patient support
- Enhanced PVG + up‑to‑date mandatory training
Caring, observant, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced surgical/ENT environment.
