The company provides a diverse range of OEM spare parts to national corporations, housing maintenance contractors, independent suppliers, and local or national trade customers through online sales and our trade counter. HTS is the only company in the UK that offers BSI and ISO standards on all of its reconditioned parts.
As our team continues to grow, we are advertising for a full-time Telesales Executive based in Tyne & Wear. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for interacting with customers via telephone to promote products and close sales. Daily tasks will include:
- Generating leads
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Maintaining strong communication with potential and existing clients
- Achieving sales targets
- Effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
