What the job involves
- Coordinate and manage Sunday lettings for community users
- Assist with site security, including opening and closing the premises
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and minor repairs
- Clear leaves, pick up litter and carry out cleaning
- Assist with health and safety checks and record progress on the online system
- Help keep the school site safe, clean, welcoming and well maintained
Skills & knowledge
- Organised, efficient and hardworking
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Good communicator who provides a helpful, professional service
- Comfortable using a range of tools for practical maintenance
- Familiarity with health and safety requirements, or willingness to develop this
