About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Workshop Manager to lead our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Workshop operations at Heathrow Airport. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in workshop management and leadership to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of GSE, directly contributing to the seamless functioning of airport operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Manage and lead the GSE Workshop team, ensuring they are equipped, trained, and motivated to deliver high-quality maintenance services in a dynamic airport environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the maintenance and repair of GSE to minimize downtime and meet the critical demands of airport operations.
