Paul Smith are seeking a personable and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their Heathrow Terminal 5 team. The Sales Consultant will assist the management team with achieving sales targets and develop and maintain excellent client relationships while promoting the brand image. The Sales Consultant will provide an above and beyond experience to ensure unique customer interaction, resulting in repeat business. This is a part‑time vacancy to cover weekend, Saturday and Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring visual presentation, store maintenance and housekeeping is kept to the company’s desired standard, both on and off the shop floor.
  • Taking initiative and care with stock related duties, including processing deliveries, customer orders, store to store transfers, end of season returns and stock takes.
  • Meeting and greeting all clients and acting as a brand ambassador representing Paul Smith Ltd.
  • Ensuring that you receive and maintain an up to date and high level of product knowledge at all times and to consistently share this with customers.
  • Building upon the store’s clientele book, emailing and keeping in contact with clients on a regular basis, inviting customers to relevant events and keeping them aware of any new products.
  • Maximising all sales opportunities to ensure you are meeting and exceeding your personal and store targets.
