Responsibilities
- Maintenance, servicing, and repair of lifts across Heathrow
- Fault finding and troubleshooting to ensure equipment remains safe and reliable
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Working in line with KONE safety standards and Heathrow airport procedures
- Building strong relationships with customers and on-site stakeholders
- Accurately recording work using KONE digital tools and systems
Work Hours: 4 on 4 off nights, 12 hours shift pattern.
Qualifications
- NVQ3 in Lift Services or equivalent
- Experience of working with lifts
- Strong customer skills
- Excellent health and safety knowledge
- Good written and spoken English
- Clean DBS
- Driving licence
- 5-year references
