Without an organized, fast-moving support team keeping things running smoothly, the entire kitchen falls behind. Key Responsibilities

  • Keep all kitchen work surfaces, counters, walls, stoves, and food preparation areas perfectly clean and sanitized.
  • Wash cookware, pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery at a fast pace so our chefs always have the tools they need in rotation.
  • Clean up kitchen spills instantly to avoid operations bottlenecks and keep storage spaces organized.
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and safely storing food and kitchen supply deliveries.
  • Take out garbage and assist the chefs with basic, routine food prep tasks (like peeling/chopping) when required.
