Gordon Ramsay are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Host who thrives under pressure, loves the rhythm of a busy service, and takes pride in doing things properly

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and professional welcome from the moment they arrive. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant by managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and maintaining excellent communication between guests and the restaurant team

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and engaging approach
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists effectively
• Coordinate guest seating to maximise service flow and guest satisfaction
• Provide accurate wait time information and assist with guest enquiries
• Work closely with management and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a well-presented and organised reception area
• Handle guest feedback and requests in a positive and professional manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the guest journey

You are passionate about hospitality and thrive in environments where delivering excellent customer service is a priority. You enjoy interacting with people from all backgrounds and can maintain a professional and positive attitude, even during busy periods

We're Looking For:

• 1 year previous experience as a Host, Receptionist, Front of House Team Member, or within a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, approachable, and confident personality
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible rota, including early mornings (starting from 5:00 AM), evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
