Kone are looking for a VB Inspector - Lifts to join our Heathrow team on a night shift pattern. This role focuses on the inspection, testing, and verification of escalators to ensure they meet KONE safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out VB inspections and testing on Lifts
  • Identify defects, wear, and safety risks
  • Ensure compliance with KONE standards and industry regulations
  • Complete accurate inspection reports using KONE systems
  • Work closely with service and repair teams to plan corrective actions
  • Support safety audits and site procedures
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safe working

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working on Lifts in a service/inspection environment
  • Good technical understanding of escalator components and safety circuits
  • Ability to follow inspection processes and report clearly
  • Strong focus on safety and quality
  • Able to work night shifts Mon-Thu
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to meet Heathrow clearance
