KONE are seeking an experienced Escalator Engineer to join their team at Heathrow. As a global leader in the lift and escalator industry, KONE provides lifts, escalators and automatic doors, as well as solutions for maintenance and modernisation to add value to buildings throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, servicing, and repair of escalators across Heathrow
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting to ensure equipment remains safe and reliable
  • Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Working in line with KONE safety standards and Heathrow airport procedures
  • Building strong relationships with customers and on-site stakeholders
  • Accurately recording work using KONE digital tools and systems

Work Hours: 4 on 4 off nights, 12 hours shift pattern.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience of working with Escalators
  • Strong customer skills
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Clean DBS
  • Driving licence
  • 5-year references
