You’ll be part of a Customer team that drives profitability across everything from retail, property and airport transport, through to passenger services, forecasting and contracts with airlines. This role will continually improve Heathrow’s Commercial Digital platforms, specifically Heathrow’s eCommerce Retail Platform (Reserve & Collect), aligning with Heathrow.com, the Heathrow Mobile App and My Heathrow.
Your role will involve:
- Input into and support Heathrow’s Commercial Digital Strategy.
- Manage up to 3 Product Backlogs that are aligned with and prioritised to deliver on Heathrow’s Commercial Digital Strategy.
- Lead Delivery Teams (including Delivery Managers, Designers, Developers and Testers) as they implement the prioritised backlog whilst also continually working with the team to optimise the process.
- Deliver innovative digital experiences to an annual global audience of around 20 million website visitors and around 1 million mobile app users.
- Communicate with and influence 3rd Party Stakeholders, retailers and the wider Heathrow business to maintain strategic alignment of the products.
These Skills Are Essential:
- Demonstrate strong influencing skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders and 3rd party relationships.
- Demonstrable experience of working with Agile teams.
- Practical experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA/Confluence.
- Understanding of delivering responsive design, SEO, web analytics, usability and CMS.
- Good working knowledge of web standards, user experience design, accessibility and responsive web design.
- Experience in Salesforce SaaS Applications is an advantage.

Working Location:

Working arrangements vary by team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
